Ltd., is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in finance, IT, and business innovation. Armed with a Master’s in Finance from Bangalore, she began her career as a Portfolio Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she honed her expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, taxation, investment, wealth management, and crisis resolution. Her journey also includes enriching stints in the banking and non-banking sectors at Barclays and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
In 2011, Suman Mam co-founded Phoenix Wealth Managers alongside her MBA professor, marking her first entrepreneurial milestone in wealth management and financial consulting. Her exceptional skills and dedication later led to her appointment as Director-Finance at RB Group in 2012, where she played a pivotal role in driving financial success.
In 2017, she launched Reality-Bit Pvt. Ltd., driven by the vision of bridging the gap between high-quality IT services and low-quality alternatives. Under her leadership, Reality-Bit has excelled in delivering cutting-edge solutions in Human Resources, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Digital Marketing.
